- Requested learning path, current level, and suitable times.
- Past experience and training goal (for instructors).
- Organisation details when submitting a group training request.
Why we collect it
We use your data only to:
- Respond to your registration and arrange the path, level, and schedule.
- Improve our services and personalise the learning experience.
- Send updates related to your training course only.
Publication and consent
Learner and teacher data is not made public. Access is restricted to authorised team members. Publication consent is separate and optional, and is not required for learning. Parental consent is obtained for minors. Consent to be contacted does not imply consent to publish photos or messages.
Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorised access. We do not store payment data (no electronic payments currently). We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention
Retention periods and deletion procedures follow Absher Academy's internal policies. Registration, file, and assessment data is not stored in public files or public repositories.
